The “Valley” of LA county describes a vast area of land that encompasses Sherman Oaks, Encino, North Hollywood, San Fernando, Studio City, Tarzana, Van Nuys, and Woodland Hills. Originally an agricultural area, the Valley is great oasis to take a break from the usual hustle and bustle of the city. In the beautiful valley, residents enjoy an idyllic lifestyle complete with spacious homes and streets nestled into comfortable suburbs.

The Valley is also home to iconic film studios such as Warner Bros. Studio and Walt Disney Studios.  There, you can also find the Universal Studios Hollywood theme park. The Valley is known for its quiet demeanor while still maintaining the quintessential LA charm.

However, it looks like things will be heating up in the Valley in 2024. It has been announced that the owner of the revered LA Rams NFL team, Stan Kroenke, has purchased The Village. The outdoor shopping center in the San Fernando Valley sold for $325 million.

This recent acquisition is the most recent addition to a stream of real estate deals from Kroenke, who is rumored to be in the works of building a newer and larger headquarters for the Rams. The Kroenke Organization is now in possession of around 100 acres in the Warner Center, as well as13-story Anthem Blue Cross building and its land near the Promenade. This conglomerate is rumored to be used in the near future as a slew of stores, restaurants, hotels and residences, along with a training facility for the NFL football team.

The Rams currently hosts season practices at Cal Lutheran in Thousand Oaks– a mere 15miles away. Following their Super Bowl LVI victory, the team is looking to create a more permanent spot in LA County to call home.

While the prospect of the new training center is exciting enough, the new super center will serve as a travel destination for football enthusiasts and tourists, alike. We can expect that the Valley will become more popular in the near future.

If you are a football fan or a simply looking to live in an area with a lot going on, it’s time to invest in property in the Woodland Hills/ Valley area. Don’t wait until everything has been sold and you are fresh out of luck – invest now!
